made up video trying to hurt

David Daleiden was the asshole that made false videos. David is also in trouble with the law for credit card fraud. He got a credit card in someone else’s name. No telling how far that scam goes. He did have to pay for this project and needed to fly to different places around the county and must have used these credit cards to pay his fraudulent way. I wonder what other laws he been breaking through the years. The videos were filmed using a cheap camera like a cell phone for a camera. The editing also wasn’t don’t very good. It looks like he hasn’t been doing this very much. He most likely used a program that did most of the work for him because it doesn’t look like someone that knows how to use a computer. Still the videos have made an impact to the unaware and dim on the uptake. Someone that couldn’t tell a fraud from someone that wanted to sell them a bridge at a good price. It just amazes me that the republican base are the people who haven’t finished high school. They are the beer drinking confederate flag waving bigots talking about something they no nothing about. They are the same ones saying the earth is only 10,000 years old. They never heard of a light year. They think that’s the year that they only drank light beer. They quote from the bible a book they never read because they never learned how to in school. Extremist are always that way only basing their facts on what they heard from someone or saw on TV in a movie. You know people, people get paid to write scripts and they higher actors to play parts. They aren’t real, it’s make believe. Well, the trailer people have to vote for someone. It’s just amazing that the base of the republican party and who tend to shoot themselves in the foot by the way they vote because they can’t understand concepts. They believe every word off the road of the campaign speeches. The only sure thing they do know is that cars go one way on the race track. It’s amazing how mean some people are. Then to these people are narrow minded. There brain can fit between the width of a match stick they are so narrow minded. Why would someone have to be so mean to take away health care from other people? Maybe it’s a reflection of their mother and her street walking profession and they want to get back at society because of that. Sorry David Daleinden that you were born between a trick.

Staples & Associates subcontractors to PG&E CARE Program

Had a van drive up today with a couple guys in it. They asked me if I could spare 20 minutes to do the weatherizing and energy help for my house. They made it clear that if I didn’t let them do this that I’d be dropped from the CARE program and loose the fridge they said they would give me to replace my 20 plus year old model that was really good for many years and didn’t use much power. Why they kept strong arming me to do their work I didn’t understand. After pushing their way into my house they started casing the place pointing out my electronics devices. As they went into the kitchen the tail lop trips over the only thing on the floor my cat food plate of food and the water bowl on a bright red piece of carpet. I point out all the lights are LED’s. They tell me they need to replace light bulbs with compact florescent bulbs so I don’t loose the care program. I don’t know why I’d want a lesser quality item that uses more power. The living room area has a string of small lights around the ceiling that lights up the room with a nice soft light. It’s perfect to dim for watching movies. With it so hot I keep the doors and windows closed during the day. When they came in they left the doors open. I had to close the screen door to keep the bugs out but by that time they had gone into the kitchen. I really hate people coming into my house to see the items I have. I don’t know what type of record these guys have and don’t know what type of people this company hires. They could have drug habits and never get tested at work. They are just subcontractors to PG&E which I’ve had to deal with on other matters. I finally had to have a PG&E supervisor come out to see the problem before I had it resolved. So I know PG&E doesn’t check on the subcontractors employees. They just hire a company and fire them if they don’t work out and don’t have any liability to the subcontractors only the subcontractor can be held liable for any thing.

So the guys walk into the bathroom it takes two guys to look at everything. I’m guessing the little guy the Asian guy was the one that pointed the big lop in the right direction and tells him what to do. Twenty minutes had turned into 30 minutes and nothing was done. When they looked at the bathroom and the shower head they said this is fucked up. It’s a piece of shit. We can’t install anything here except this hose thing with a shower head on the end. Fine I said do the work. Take care of it. I pointed out if they break a pipe they fix it and that would be rather costly. The pipes in the wall are steel and are 70 plus years old. The little guy said all we can do is put the hose on the pipe coming out of the wall. go head, start working. But we can’t. Why not. you said you’d be here 20 minutes and it’s a half hour later and you haven’t done a thing. But we can’t… So I asked let me talk to your supervisor. He tells me that he doesn’t have a signal. So I handed him a phone. He told me he can’t call him. Then ran out of the house with the lop behind him. Why they asked me to see the water heater and never went to check that while we were outside at first I just don’t understand. For workers that came out to do a job they sure came up with a lot of excuses why they couldn’t do the job. I tried to get the supervisors number but they wouldn’t give it to me. As far as that goes I don’t even know the names of the two guys because they never told me or gave me a chance to see an I.D. and write down there names and I.D. numbers and the company name. I had to call PG&E first to get the name of the company. Why they lied to me about trying to call me and said they couldn’t get a hold of me was a real joke. I talked to one person and they asked me if I was going to be home on Tuesday. This is Wednesday. I did find Staples & Associates on the web. Listening to the Greek deal.

I can’t believe what the world banks call help these days. I guess you need to blame it on capitalism. Greece gets billions of Euros just to pay the banks they just got the loans from. They don’t see a dime of it, that money goes directly to the banks making them the loans. The people of Greece that depend on social program still have the big cuts as far as I heard. People that depended on money to live still are looking for help. The austerity programs are still in effect.

Capitalism leads to many things. It leads to greed and poor people and super rich. It leads to homeless people because they can’t afford to live. Many people have to drive hours to work because they can’t afford to live where they work. People seem to become mean and treat other countries unjust like Greece is being treated. Germany forgets how it was bailed out after World War II. Germany forgets how the loans it got were forgiven so the country could flourish. If that wasn’t done they still would be paying off the loans from post WWII.

What if Germany was divided up to all the countries that it effected during world war two? Then we would never had the Berlin wall because there wouldn’t have been a Germany to divide up then. We might not have had the cold war like it was because Germany had been split up and given to all the surrounding countries. Sure there would be the left over Germany people but they would belong to new countries. Then like the capitalist way we sell off all the antiquities of Germany and make many parts of the country into an amusement park.

Now the world is cutting up Greece. Who needs a war when you have a bank.

Why is General John Allen supporting Isis?

Those generals of the Bush era are still around. They were the ones telling everyone Iraq was a cakewalk. Allen was the one that got some sort of deal with Turkey to bomb the Kurds so that we could use bases in Turkey. It also makes a no fight zone so that Isis can get resupplied. The Kurds were going to kick the crap out of Isis until Turkey bombed the Kurds. They were setup to block off the supply lines when Turkey start bombing the Kurds. Why do we still have those left over generals that screwed up in Iraq running around making deals and policies.

I thought it was just me but I see a few others have noticed that bombing the Kurds isn’t a good idea. Why they are bombing the best fighters against Isis is just stupid. It was good that pulled out the anti missile defenses from Turkey. I don’t know why Turkey is so against the Kurds. They are attacking them in several countries and not doing anything about Isis.

I hear there are many people and generals that want to get rid of Allen before he really screws things up. I don’t know why those generals got to stick around after Iraq. They sure blew it there. Jed has all those blowhards hanging around in the wings. Don’t need any of those neocons back in office again. They proved what they can do and cost the country so much.

Poor actions for the people

Putin dumps food and dairy into a landfill to protest the EU’s sanctions on Russia. Did he think about the people of Russia and how they need the food and he’s wasting all that food to try to prove a point. So what was the point? How did you gain something other then paying for food and the putting it in a land fill. So what did you gain? So how did the Russian people gain from this action? All you did was waste food that the people of Russia would have gladly taken. It was a waste all around. Nothing gained. No point made. Just a waste of food.

Where did it go and who let it be taken before it was inspected by scientist and criminalist.

Everyone say all the trucks coming and going on the clean up of the twin towers but who was minding the store? Who was paid of to look the other way when the steel was taken off and recycled in a criminal based recycling yard. All the steel was suppose to be brought to one yard where investigators were going to inspect the steel to see what it failed. It was gone and made into other things or just lost where no one could find it since it was blended with other steel that was being recycled. The crime scene was gone except for a few parts. Most of the steel had been stolen. Talk to those Sopranos type people for taking it.

People in the pocket. People had to be paid off to look the other way. No one seem to know where the steel went or who took it. How could that much steel disappear? Graft! People and connections and pay offs made the steel disappear.

Why wasn’t this looked into and why didn’t anyone go to jail? They all were paid off, that’s the way of that type of crime. Not only are the cops on the take but judges, and inspectors and everyone along the line had been paid off so that a crime family could make millions and millions. Still no on has bothered to look into where the steel went. No one even the press didn’t bring this to any ones attention. Not even a single soul went to jail of this. Now that’s where crime really pays because the criminal are in all levels of government.

Doesn’t it make you wonder where all the steel went from the twin towers. There could have been trace chemical on the steel which some people in the government didn’t want people to find. They didn’t want to find out why the steel got so hot that it was melting and burning. There are many YouTube videos talking about the chemical used to melt the steel and how it was put into the building and that people high up in the government knew it was there and they wanted to get rid of the twin towers and collect the insurance on the building because they would make more if terrorist had destroyed them. Makes you wander who all is in this web of criminals. Someone wanted these towers to come down to make a case for war with Iraq. Something Bush had a map of in the Whitehouse the first weeks of moving in. He was planning on how he could get a war started with Iraq according to one senator that saw the maps. George was so happy to point out all the oil fields and which one could increase the amount of output. Was Chaney and Bush using this even just as a public demonstration of what needed to be done and how everyone was manipulated it to voting for a war with Iraq. Rumsfeld is still digging through the desert looking for weapons of mass destruction. What a joke that was.

What is even ore sick is the people that believe that weapons of mass destruction were found based on nothing but gossip and a twisted vey of what the republican party is all about. It’s about imperialism and nothing more plus a few people made off with billions of US dollars that seem to get lost like the steel. Why had Obama chickened out on prosecuting the people of the conspiracy. I imagine he was paid off too not to look into it. The republicans look at Bush as a black chapter in history and one of the worst president the country has every had.

Then all the no bid contract all given to Chaney ex-employer no questions asked and no prices quoted for work.

Why do republican votes vote the way they do. It’s because they are simpletons. When a republican says he’s going to create jobs votes believe them. They just don’t tell them which country the jobs are going to be created in but they won’t be here. The votes have been told unions were a bad thing even though they were the way standards of living were gauged and set in other industries. So the voters were told to vote them away and when their jobs cut or they are ask to give up all there retirement and take a wage cut of 50% to keep there jobs they blame the wrong people they aren’t blaming themselves for voting all this in to destroy their life.

New Life, the babies of the forest

It’s been a great time here seeing the new life coming forth. From the little black kitten that joined our family. To all the little babies that have been coming around with their proud mothers showing them off to me. I just saw a old deer friend tonight and she looks a bit thinner. I didn’t see the babies but I’m sure Momma Girl had her babies. There are other mothers having a hard time biting their butts because they are so pregnant. It’s been really hot here and the cherry’s are just about gone. The birds have gotten them. The turkey have been spending the days under the canapé of the forest. There’s an old road that was used before they put the power lines in that I keep clean. It was made some time around the turn of the century, that’s the 1900’s. I like walking along the old road and checking out the forest flower. The oak tree leaves cover the ground in parts of the forest and in other areas it’s nothing but pine needles. There are these reddish blue clover growing in many areas unique to that spot in the forest. There are some flower that look like they are backwards. The peddles point back while the pestles point forward. There is a unique bee that just pollenates that flower. There are so many pollinators in the forest besides the European Honey Bee. The other day I noticed a tree with flowers on it and bumble bees flying all around it. Under the bushes the deer like to lay down and rest and get out of the heat of the day. The bur clover are winning in many areas but I’ve turned to pulling them out by hand. A weed whacker just plants the seeds. It removes the plants but it removes all the plants that’s why I turned to weeding by hand. So far it’s been a lot of work but I’ve seen so many tiny plants under the tops of the small plants.

Here’s one plant that is just a couple inches tall that lives under the small plants. I don’t know what this is called but I’ll have to look it up. There was a real good web site I used to go to to find plants but it’s seems to be gone now. It was one of the best plant sites I have been to. It had great pictures of the plants. It gave you the Latin name and history along with the native American name and common name. In the Native American name it told you what it was used for and how it was used. I’d like to find out what the name is for the type sage I have growing because it brings in the Tiger Swallow Tail Butterflies. I haven’t seen them fly to any other plant but these sage plants with a bright red flower. The flower is too bright and covers a wide spectrum of light and doesn’t photograph like you see it.

Look how pregnant my deer friend is. Her daughter looks so much like her and so does her son with the tiny antlers. Her older son by a couple years is growing a real large set of antlers this year. They look so much like his grandfathers antlers. Genes are amazing watching them being handed down from generation to generation. I’m so glad I’ve taken close up photos of all the deer's faces to see in the different families. It’s also amazing to see that wildlife expresses emotions. I’ve seen happy and sad faces. Young deer have friends they like to play with and they are so happy being with their friends.

Snap, crackle, pop, neck crunches.

Neck has been making a lot of noise and pinching off my nerves and spinal cord. They say a picture tells a thousand words and this photo sure does. Hate to think I’ll be going through the same thing ass my lower back and need surgery to correct what’s wrong.I guess I’ll have to give up looking around.

 

What will it take to put me back together and what will I be able to do after that.

Another grateful day in the forest.

My forest friends are on the porch and one is so tired. Little Miss Pinky is laying on the walkway sleeping. She is a wonderful raccoon who had three babies this year. She was born to Mrs. Nippers and her four other babies a couple years ago. I have to over turned stackable containers on the porch and the skunks will find their ways under them to rest and sleep. I’ll just see a tip of a tail sticking out.

My hands are dry from pulling weeds. There’s two type I mainly pull out. The bur clover and the weed that is related to carrots but has burs also.When I’m pulling weeds I pull up the tangled mess on the ground. The other day when I stepped out of the car I started pulling bur clover at me feet. I pulled more and more until I was near the sage plants. I don’t know what type of sage they are yet. I’m pulling up the bur clover growing up to and under them. I don’t want to take a chance with weed killer and not get the sage.

I have to cut down the thistles. There was several of them by the cherry tree and the path leading into the creek. I pulled the other weeds on the path to keep it clear for the deer coming out of the creek.

I was rubbing Tiggers belly, she really likes that when I found a could burs. I worked them out and continued rubbing her when I found a bmp in her hair. It wasn’t like a bur, closer to the skin. Sort of like knotted hair which I worked out and placed into an ash tray.When I looked closer it was a black tick. Flat and with wiggly little legs. I took a flame to it to make sure it wasn’t going to be crawling out. ticks are so tough, you can pinch them and the shell doesn’t break. They are tough like flees. I haven’t found many of these this was the first tick on Tiggers. I seen a tick on one of the skunks and a tick on Pinky’s ear. She really went to town on her ear and even split her ear really getting the tick out which was fat and sticking out. It’s legs couldn’t grab her ear so her head was the only thing latching on to her.

There was wet ground this morning at day break when I came out to feed the kitties. I found out later Mrs. Nippers was sleeping all day under the porch on the bed. I made a small frame with padding and carpet that sets above the ground so they would stay warm and dry. After making some noise on the floor of the porch Nippers woke up and walked off. Tiggers and Sprockets were checking out the little black male kitten. It didn’t want anything to do with them and let out a scream, Stay back she cried. When he saw me the mode changed and it was now a calm meow to me. Friend she meowed to me. I meowed back and she came up to me where I had a plate of Friskys and cry cat food waiting. The poor kitty is so scared because of the Rusty cat that attacked him a couple months ago. Ever since then he’s been apprehensive about other kitties.

I brought out a couple more scoops of dry food and a can of beef in gravy for the back porch. Everything was almost gone. There’s more food on the front porch for the night shift. I check the kitties, they were all sleeping on the side deck peacefully. I’m going to see if I can train them this summer to come in the house. I’ll do this slowly and let them come in at their own speed. I feel so sad for them in the winter time when it gets cold. I do have heating pads to keep them warm.

Well, another day comes tomorrow bright an early at 5 AM. Coffee and maybe oat meal before I step outside. So night to see my happy kitties in the morning. I’ll check to see if Nippers is sleeping on the bed. Buddy Kat has been sleeping in the cartons to stay out of any weather. Weeding calls for me tomorrow along with maybe some tools.

Not back all hunched over. Knee is in pain. Hip is in pain. Screws in hip from spine are pulling out. Neck feels like a spike stabbed into it. All en all I’m doing pretty good but slow.

Windows 10: I can’t believe it

Well, like many other people I’ve been trying to get the Windows key to work along with the Start Button to get to my “Apps” or programs. Apps sounds so much like using a phone I’m using a computer to do work. So I’ve tried so many of the things I’ve read online. Mainly the ones from the people from Microsoft but nothing has worked. Everything I’ve tried didn’t do anything. They said make more accounts because your account is bad. All that did was put a bunch of accounts on the machine. Tried this one line of script for Powershell but it doesn’t work in the normal Powershell version 1. I used the does prompt and typed in Powershell and at the beginning of the line it had a PS. I put the line of script there and it ran this time but didn’t do anything. I could see a bunch of program names going by but no help with the Windows Start Key or Start Button. I had been making short cuts on the desktop to run the programs I wanted to run but the screen was now getting cluttered.

Today I tried using the Windows 10 install disc to repair the computer. Don’t believe when it says that it won’t harm and of your files. It deletes all the programs you have installed and leaves you with the broken Start Button problem still.

I’m getting ready to install Windows 10 again to see if that solves the problem. I’m still having a problem with Windows 7 running. I spent 6 plus months trying to solve the endless repair loop problem. I’ve reinstalled Windows 7 from the Dell segment of the drive that has the Windows 7 program but it still came up with the same endless repair loop. I think I’ll have to “BUY” the Dell Driver Disc to do a proper Windows 7 install because Dell programs don’t work right. I did a back up of my drive even bought a large hard drive to put all my programs on. What did Dell’s back up program do? It backed up everything to the drive then formatted the drive. Why did the back up program have that in the program. Why do you need to format the drive? Well it did then tried to restore the files but the backup program doesn’t work and couldn’t restore all the programs it just wiped off the drive. What ever you do don’t depend on Dell’s backup program because it doesn’t work. You will loose everything. There’s no way of viewing the files either they are just numbered files of different sizes. So you don’t know what they are. Use a real backup program that lets you pick files out to restore. Not a program that works or it doesn’t.

It’s really amazing when you compare Windows to Linux. Other then you can’t run many of your Windows programs on Linux it never fails. There is a program called Wine that allows you to run Windows programs in Linux. I’ve tried some small program and they work fine. If I can get larger programs to work then I’ll scrap Windows all together. There is someone building a Windows like operating system that does everything Windows does without it being Windows. It’s a version that looks like Windows NT. If that works as good as Windows I’m switching.

I installed Skype or it was in Windows 10. Then I noticed it was gone. I did some updates and it removed Skype all together. I didn’t like the Windows 10 version of Skype. It was real hard to get to your people list to call anyone.

The last couple days I’ve noticed the Reader program which was suppose to read PDF files stopped working. You just get a big square on the screen that says Reader on top.

I’m using my little XP computer to write this with the Writer program that comes with Windows Live. I had it all setup on Windows 10 for all the blog sites I have accounts to. I’ll have to set them up again since doing the Refresh PC wiped out all my programs I had installed even though it says it’s not going to do anything to your programs. Still have the problem where I can’t get into the program menu. I just might try installing Windows 7 again and make it a dual boot to Windows 10. When Windows 10 runs out in October 15, 2015 I’ll still have Windows 7 to fall back on. If you watch many of the videos about Windows 10 they are saying we are building this for you. We are taking all you comments and putting them into Windows 10. I wonder if anyone asked to have a working operating system?

What’s wrong with Windows???

I should say what is right about Windows. Microsoft had to give a free version of Windows 10 so that it would get into peoples hands because no one was buying the product. They had less then a 10% of the market with the new versions of Windows. That includes Windows 7, Windows 8.0, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10.  The people at Microsoft have to be rather ashamed to say they work there. I’d be embarrassed to say I worked there with products like Windows coming out and it have so much wrong with it.  It’s almost like it was half done being developed and they released it. The idea that they would fix it along the way is just a poor excuse for any of these products.

Linux is free and never crashes, doesn’t work or is falling apart like Windows does. Linux works from the first time you boot it up. All the programs work too. They have a depository with tens of thousands of programs to download. Linux is so good Apple bought a version of it and made it their own. Mac sales are doing fine. I was watching Ely the computer guy on YouTube and he’s got a Mac now and loves it. He said why should I spend all this time fixing my computer when I can just turn on my Mac and it works.

So, what’s wrong with Microsoft? How can they get away with selling broken products? Will Microsoft drive every one away from buying any of their products when you can get a free operating system that works and has everything you need? Linux sure is putting Microsoft in a run for the money. Paying a hundreds for a program that needs patches and service discs and updates all the time is just crazy when you can get something that works first time and all the time.

Myself I like this version called Knoppix Linux that comes as a ISO file and you make up a DVD. It’s a real great disc and has everything. I’ve used it many times to help fix Windows. I still haven’t been able to fix Windows 7. It’s stuck in a endless repair loop. The error code it gives me is, “some things wrong with it booting up.” That’s like saying the sky is blue. Not a lot of help. I don’t feel along because I’ve found so many web sites talking about this error. Windows 10 was my fall back operating system and was working until a few days ago when the Start Button and Windows Key stopped working along with the Search Box and that Catena voice thing. I read that Microsoft knows about this problem and has known about it since January. Seems with all those programmers up there they would get someone on this problem. That should be a priority. When you can’t get at your programs to run them that should be a a real important problem to fix. All I have found as far as fixes is people taking shots in the dark on blogs. Microsoft doesn’t know how to fix it. Their best guess was make another account and see if that fixes it. What that has done for me was now I have two accounts that don’t work.

State of the Union, GOP future: to Spank the Monkey

The Republicans say no to everything the nergo president has to say. No tax cuts for the poor and middle class. They say, we need tax cuts for the job creators. we know that doesn’t work because it never worked in the past. GOP reply, yes people are working harder and longer for less because the job creators are keeping all the money and not giving raises to the workers. Corporations are not people! Corporations are not dedicated to the country but to the share holder. They could give a rats ass what happens to the country a long as the congress persons they bought and paid for give them tax breaks and special monopoly deals. When the price of computers are coming down but the price of communication keeps going up. Why because congress is paid off to let the telecoms fix prices. There’s no competition in the telecoms. There’s too few telecoms. We need to take a lesson from the E.U.’s play book and control the pipes and rent them out to the many telecoms. This would let start up telecoms to get started with little money. In United Kingdom there are over 400 telecoms renting pipes from the government. Speeds are higher for less money per month. Would be nice to have USB 2.0 speeds for $6 to $8 dollars a month. A 1GB city for less then $20 dollars a month. There are third world countries with higher speeds then what we have. Look at the people living on a dollar or two a day who can afford to have cell phones in those third world countries. Why do their prices come down while ours are fixed by the telecoms to get the highest prices and not the highest amount of service.

Bitch McConnell plans on attacking the EPA saying that the EPA is too complex with all it’s laws, it just makes my head spin. He doesn’t say that his wife needs to sell that crappy coal that can’t burn here. So Bitch McConnell wants to change the standards and lower them so there can be higher pollution. He doesn’t care about the center of the country he lives in Washington dirty air doesn’t bother him.

Inhofe has a super fund site sitting there waiting to be cleaned up so the native Americans can have their land back after all the lead has been taken out of the ground and polluted the water ways. The water ways are left without birds or fish because of the toxic lead mess. Houses are falling in sink holes. Well, they aren’t really sink holes but falling into the mine below that is now flooded. Before the mine closed they said they would fill the mine with all the tailings thus solving the tailings problem but they said no we can sell the tailing for making roads but the tailing were full of lead dust and can’t be used. So, while they were playing hide the bone the mines filled up with water and now they are inexcusable. They tailings are miles high and go one for miles blowing lead dust every where. They had to move all the people out of many of the towns because of the health hazard and because they are sinking into the mines. What a nice republican lead state. Now they are also having earth quakes because of all the hydraulic fracturing being done.

Texas is also having earth quake swarms too because of all the hydraulic fracturing. If Texas cleaned up the state and scraped the top layer of soil off they would have years of tar sands to refine. Many of the costal cities are facing a rising sea level. They need to build a wall or move the city inland. It’s amazing how those southern states manipulate the people to get the mindless inline to play follow the leader down the rabbit hole. Too bad the rabbit hole is a road to hell.

If you want to watch a country go down hill then look at the death of NASA. Every year they keep getting the budget cut. Texas has a half built linier accelerator that congress pulled the plug on. It would have been as big or bigger then CERN but congress had no vision. They wanted a quick buck and got Glass/Stegal act repealed and a few years later the country was bailing out the banks just like several people predicted would happen. The last budget congress didn’t learn from last time after the Glass/Stegal act was repealed and the banks crapped out. AIG insured all the losers and needed to get a bailout. All the car companies needed help to stay afloat. Still they aren’t building the cars of the future but what we have in left over parts.

If NASA would doubled or tripled it’s budget that would bring jobs to the country that can’t be exported. We are not doing anything but low earth orbit stuff. No plans to go to the moon. No moon base plans. Mars is way off. The people going to mars haven’t been born yet unless we get in gear and start doing some science. The spinoffs from NASA was always big business and we sure could use them now. All the people that have been coming here to learn and now returning home and excelling past our country leaving us in the dust.

So, what are the republicans going to do? Are they going to crash the economy and show those democrats how it’s done? People forgot Bush and Chaney who make Nixon look like a Boy Scout. While Bush was in office I kept saying to myself they are going to burn out the country. They are doing this on purpose too. They know they rapping the country and don’t care.

So what are those sneaky republicans going to do? Close down the EPA? Go after the money in Social Security? They can’t stand it all that money just sitting there set aside for the people but they want that money to feed the rich. What would be good to do is get rid of the Federal reserve bank and Nationalize it. Screw those rich people that own the bank. Just make a cut off and nationalize the bank. That’s a heavy stone tied around the neck of the country and it’s setup so that we can never pay the bank back and come down to a zero balance. The banks owners are living off the interest and count on it. That’s why we need to get rid of the bank by nationalizing it.

What is the media talking about?

The cover picture or toon on Charlie Hebdo is just a stereo typical Arab not a profit. When you think Arab it looks like the cover toon. Looks more like Bin Ladin then anyone and he wasn’t a profit. What if the so called profit was a few hundred pounds and not a skinny typical Arab? There isn’t any picture or drawing of the profit so no one can get mad about and drawing because the drawing is just a drawing of a stereo typical Arab. I don’t know what the media is talking about, it’s a cartoon of a rag headed person with sheets on. Doesn’t look like anyone I’ve ever saw before not even in a picture or drawing. It really gets me how the media is making such a big deal about the cover page after the terrorist attack. With the same logic of the media you can look at a happy face and say that looks like George Bush. Sponge Bob sort of looks like Chaney doesn’t it? Maybe it was his lawyer friend that he shot in the face, before he shot him in the face.

McConnell will have to start working at his new job

Mitch McConnell has best been know for running for office and obstruction. He’s a natural born road block, a speed bump, a log in the road, just say no and a promise to block everything Obama does and grind government to a holt. Well, stopping the government sort of backfired on him. Running for office is Mitch’s big thing. He gets elected and starts immediately on running for the next election. He’s a favorite in dirty tricks along with the rest of the republicans and the extreme right powers that be.

There is a group of extremely rich people that want their way so they buy politicians. The Tea Baggers were just the first wave of those politicians paid for by the Koch brothers and a few others who will spend millions to have power behind the scenes.

Color me apprehensive. Ever since George Wallbanger Bush was appointed president by the republican leaning supreme court I have to question every election. When the company that makes the voting machines and says that the republicans are going to win with these machines and doesn’t let anyone check the machine to see if the operate correctly the fix sure sounds like it’s in. Then hearing that small towns with 5,000 people have 12,000 people vote. The fix sure does seem in. No one ever got to look into these computer mystery machines. It would have been good if the code was open source to protect the country from fraud in the machines.

Now there’s the cross state voter rules that republicans pulled out of their ass. If there’s one or more names in another state that sounds like a voter in that state they can cross them off. They said they would send out cards that if you mail it in then you will stay on the voting rosters. The card looks like junk mail. The republicans say that there are too many Parks in these states so they can’t all be different voters. The Park in one state must have been going to other states and registering there also.

I really don’t trust the radical extreme right because they will do anything to get their way. Some people are so greedy that they will choose pollution, global warming and burning all the fossil fuels they can to get more money and stay in power. Corporations aren’t loyal to any country and need to be taken down. If they don’t want to pay taxes then don’t let them work or sell here. Let them live on a tiny island some where and work there and keep them from countries that will work together to make a better planet.

Was the Grand Jury done right?

It seem from this article I had to post that the prosecutor Bob McCulloch only gave one side of the story to the Grand Jury and didn’t tell them any thing that looked bad for the officer. He in a sense used the Grand Jury like a court case and not as a grand jury.  This whole thing was a joke to think you could get justice in Mississippi. How can you get an indictment when the rules were made up by the prosecutor.

 

On Monday, Prosecutor Bob McCulloch announced that a grand jury had decided not to indict Darren Wilson, the officer who killed Michael Brown. But that decision was the result of a process that turned the purpose of a grand jury on its head.

Justice Antonin Scalia, in the 1992 Supreme Court case of United States v. Williams, explained what the role of a grand jury has been for hundreds of years.

It is the grand jury’s function not ‘to enquire … upon what foundation [the charge may be] denied,’ or otherwise to try the suspect’s defenses, but only to examine ‘upon what foundation [the charge] is made’ by the prosecutor. Respublica v. Shaffer, 1 Dall. 236 (O. T. Phila. 1788); see also F. Wharton, Criminal Pleading and Practice § 360, pp. 248-249 (8th ed. 1880). As a consequence, neither in this country nor in England has the suspect under investigation by the grand jury ever been thought to have a right to testify or to have exculpatory evidence presented.

This passage was first highlighted by attorney Ian Samuel, a former clerk to Justice Scalia.

In contrast, McCulloch allowed Wilson to testify for hours before the grand jury and presented them with every scrap of exculpatory evidence available. In his press conference, McCulloch said that the grand jury did not indict because eyewitness testimony that established Wilson was acting in self-defense was contradicted by other exculpatory evidence. What McCulloch didn’t say is that he was under no obligation to present such evidence to the grand jury. The only reason one would present such evidence is to reduce the chances that the grand jury would indict Darren Wilson.

Compare Justice Scalia’s description of the role of the grand jury to what the prosecutors told the Ferguson grand jury before they started their deliberations:

And you must find probable cause to believe that Darren Wilson did not act in lawful self-defense and you must find probable cause to believe that Darren Wilson did not use lawful force in making an arrest. If you find those things, which is kind of like finding a negative, you cannot return an indictment on anything or true bill unless you find both of those things. Because both are complete defenses to any offense and they both have been raised in his, in the evidence.

As Justice Scalia explained the evidence to support these “complete defenses,” including Wilson’s testimony, was only included by McCulloch by ignoring how grand juries historically work.

There were several eyewitness accounts that strongly suggested Wilson did not act in self-defense. McCulloch could have, and his critics say should have, presented that evidence to the grand jury and likely returned an indictment in days, not months. It’s a low bar, which is why virtually all grand juries return indictments.

But McCulloch chose a different path.

Solving the problem

It would be great if the government got on board with putting solar panel on every home and business or any flat surface with solar panels. These would all be hooked up to our smart grid. During the day when power demands are the highest solar could provide this power. For the night time use mainly to light homes and street light and some business natural gas power plants and nuclear plants could take up the slack. We wouldn’t need all the coal plants. Wind power is nice that the wind blows day and night which could help out the grid.

We need a national program to put solar panels on every ones homes. For the poor people the government could help out. Poor people renting could also get help and help the landlord or investment company who owns the apartments by a government program. There’s always a way of doing something it’s just a matter if you want to do it or not. With all the homes covered with solar panels this would have more power then is needed by the country. Power companies would become distribution companies since they wouldn’t have to generate power or not that much power. It would mainly be for the base line power and mostly be at night.

Power companies don’t want you to have solar panels on your roofs because it cuts out their profit. Well, there usefulness has come and gone. They are the dinosaurs of energy. It’s a new world and a new direction.

Power companies are opposed to having batteries to store your power because they want to sell you power. With batteries you could get them charged up during the day and still sell your excess power to the grid. Then as it gets dark going to night the batteries would be used to power your house. Your only using the batteries for a few hours in the evening. Most of the night your sleeping and not using much power. The only thing you would be using power for is for refrigerators, heating water if you don’t have a gas powered water heater, electric stoves if you don’t have gas stoves. Heat for your home but most homes have gas heaters. Going from compact bulbs to LED lights would use even less power for a big savings. Right now the bulbs are a bit pricy. I did find a place in Hong Kong that has real good prices called DM.com (deal extreme.com). They do have those brands that are high priced like you would pay here but the prices they have for LED bulbs made in China are so much cheaper. You can even get bulbs that you can set the brightness and color.

I can’t wait until they have the light panels coming out. They are real low power consumption and can change colors besides being white. I seen some panels being tested at colleges. Right now the price is too high for them. It would be nice to put panels on the ceiling to light the place up. These would be great for the amount of light you get out and such a low power consumption.

I’d like to see the L.I.F.E. program get started to generate power. This would start off by burning a drop of water and get up to 10 million degrees. Then you could feed just about anything into it even nuclear waste and burn it up. It’s taken a while for those lasers to be built and they are just starting testing. I would be like something from Star Trek real futuristic.

Getting a smart grid would also be nice. I was checking out how it was laid out now. I didn’t know they use DC voltage at some  segments of the national grid. With the production of high voltage CMOS parts you can make power inverter and regulators that you couldn’t make just a few years ago. Before you needed to have special transformers and banks of transistors to handle the current to make an inverter. Now it’s so easy to make a DC to DC converter and then run it through a sine wave amp to make your AC voltage They have CMOS parts that handle 30, 40, 50 amps at over a 1000 volts. It’s amazing how far parts have come. They even make multi-part goodies with 4 CMOS parts all in one package that does an digital H  output turning one set of CMOS FETs on while turning the other set off making a real good sine wave. Still it would be nice to have a line conditioner on the power to keep it real regular. The FETs are so fast they can sync to the line voltage so you can feed power from your solar panel array to the power grid. Also charge your batteries at home to use later. A new battery that is still in the test mode it the flow battery which is a type of fuel cell but much cheaper then the ones used by NASA years ago. Now you can charge a fluid and keep the charged fluid in a tank to be used at a later time. It charges up fast and holds a large charge depending on the size of your tank. That would be great for home and business.

Another fuel cell design is the Bloom Box which runs of natural gas and produces power. It’s cheaper to use then buying power for the power company. They make a smaller unit for home use. I’m sure you could get it to work of bottled gas like propane so you could be off the grid. It would be good to have a combination of these items so you have back-ups of your power system. Having all that power from the sun you could actually split water into hydrogen and oxygen. Then use the hydrogen for your heater and have a byproduct of water. You could also charge your electric car up if you don’t have a hybrid. The future is now.

Meet the Senate's New Climate Denial Caucus

I don’t generally copy other peoples work but I have to post this article. I can’t believe how stupid some people are. If your going to be be voting on science then it would be a good idea that you knew something about science and what your voting on. Senators and Congress persons need to take a basic science test before they are let to vote on any science subject. The way they shoot there mouth off thinking that they will show them and then come up with the stupidest comments ever. It’s too important to have stupid people voting on science that’s going to effect the world and the worlds population along with plants and wildlife. They couldn’t make a good comment about science if it was biting them on the nose. Maybe you could recluse yourself from voting and be honest and say you don’t know science and it would be wrong of me to vote where the worlds in the balance. People wouldn’t fault you for being honest. They might even look up to you but your paid off but big oil, big coal and big chemicals to cast a vote for them. After all they put you in office just for these favors. Just thank them for all the money and do the right thing,sit the vote out because your just to stupid to vote on a subject you know nothing about. After all you sit it out when you start wars. I don’t see you charging up the hill like Teddy and the rough riders when the war starts. No your hiding at home away from the action. Still you got paid off for that too by the military industrial complex for all those contracts. You get all those kick backs from the venders, the free trips, gold, dinners, cars and bouts, and discounts on loans where you don’t even have to pay the loan back. Do the right thing and say your to stupid to be voting on something so important.

One thing I’ve noticed about pollution around the world. There’s a layer of brown that circles the globe. There’s no place i the world you can go and see to the horizon where there isn’t that layer of brown. Even in the middle of the ocean there’s that layer of brown. Everyone is living in that layer of brown. You don’t notice it looking up but look to the horizon where your looking through that layer, it goes on forever. Maybe it’s because you go from you limo to a building and never go out in the air. You always in a air conditioned building. When you travel your on a plane above it all. Next time your coming in for a landing look out the window and see the brown layer you go through as you land. That layer of gas and dirt is effecting peoples health including your own. Any one that breaths air their health is being affected. It would be real ironic if you don’t smoke yet develop lung cancer. It would just be what you need.

 

Well, folks, it wasn't such a great night on the climate action front. It looks like the millions of dollars that environmental philanthropist Tom Steyer invested in the midterms didn't buy much other than a fledgling political infrastructure to sock away for 2016. With Republicans now in control of the Senate, we're likely to see a bill to push through the Keystone XL pipeline coming down the pike soon. And Mitch McConnell, probably the coal industry's biggest booster, retained his seat.

In fact, McConnell and his climate-denying colleague James Inhofe of Oklahoma—the likely chair of the Senate's Environment and Public Works committee—won a lot of new friends on Capitol Hill last night. It probably won't surprise you to learn that most of the Senate's newly elected Republicans are big boosters of fossil fuels and don't agree with the mainstream scientific consensus on global warming. Here's an overview of their statements on climate change, ranging from a few who seem to at least partly accept to science to those who flat-out reject it.

Dan Sullivan (R-Alaska): In September, Sullivan, a former Alaska attorney general, said "the jury's out" on whether climate change is man-made. (Actually, the jury came in, for the umpteenth time, just this week.) He repeated that position last month, when he said the role human-caused greenhouse gases play in global warming is "a question scientists are still debating," adding that "we shouldn't lock up America's resources and kill tens of thousands of good jobs by continuing to pursue the President's anti-energy policies."

Tom Cotton (R-Ark.): Cotton has seized on a common but misleading notion among climate change deniers: "The simple fact is that for the last 16 years the earth's temperature has not warmed." He admits, however, that "it's most likely that human activity has contributed to some of" the temperature increase of the last hundred years. Still, he supports building new coal plants and the Keystone XL pipeline.

Cory Gardner (R-Colo.): Gardner is shifty on the issue. In a debate last month, he wouldn't give a straight yes-or-no answer on whether mankind has contributed to global warming. "I believe that the climate is changing, I disagree to the extent that it's been in the news," that humans are responsible, he said. Yet at the same time, he admitted that "pollution contributes" to climate change. Gardner doesn't seem interested in cleaning up that pollution: Last year he said the Obama administration is waging "a war on the kind of energy we use every day—fossil fuels… because they want to tell us how we live our lives."

David Perdue (R-Ga.): "In science, there's an active debate going on" about whether climate change is real, Perdue told Slate this year, adding that if there are climate-related impacts to Georgia's coast, some smart person will figure out how to deal with them. Perdue has also slammed the Obama administration for waging a "war on coal" and has called the EPA's new carbon emission rules "shortsighted."

Joni Ernst (R-Iowa): Ernst is another rider on the "I don't know" bandwagon. "I don't know the science behind climate change," she told an audience in September. She also hedged the question beautifully in a May interview with The Hill: "I haven't seen proven proof that it is entirely man-made." But she supports recycling!

Bill Cassidy/Mary Landrieu (La.): This race is going to a runoff. Landrieu, the incumbent Democrat, has never been much of a climate hawk—she recently said humans do contribute to observed climate change but criticized Obama for "singling out" the oil industry for regulation. But at least she's better on global warming than Cassidy, her Republican challenger, who flatly denies that climate change exists. He said last month that "global temperatures have not risen in 15 years."

Steve Daines (R-Mont.): Daines is a harsh critic of Obama's energy and climate policies, which he said "threaten nearly 5,000 Montana jobs and would cause Montana's electricity prices to skyrocket." While in the House, he signed a pledge that he will "oppose any legislation relating to climate change that includes a net increase in government revenue." He believes global warming, to the extent that it exists, is probably caused by solar cycles.

Thom Tillis (R-N.C.): During a North Carolina Republican primary debate, all four candidates laughed out loud when asked if they believed climate change is a "fact." Ha! Ha! Then they all said, "No." Later, Tillis expanded on that position, arguing in a debate with his Democratic rival, Sen. Kay Hagan, that "the point is the liberal agenda, the Obama agenda, the Kay Hagan agenda, is trying to use [climate change] as a Trojan horse for their energy policy."

Ben Sasse (R-Neb.): Sasse hasn't said much about climate science, but he supports building the Keystone XL pipeline and opening up more federal land for oil and gas drilling. He also wants to "encourage the production of coal."

James Lankford (R-Okla.): As a member of the House, Lankford called global warming a "myth." He also, along with Gardner, Cotton, Shelley Moore Capito (R. W.Va.), Cassidy, and Daines, voted to prevent the Pentagon from considering the national security impacts of global warming, even though top Defense Department officials have repeatedly issued warnings that climate change could worsen conflicts around the world. Lankford also floated an amendment to an energy appropriations bill that would have blocked funding for research related to the social costs of carbon pollution.

Mike Rounds (R-S.C.): Rounds appears to accept at least some of the science on climate change. As governor of South Dakota, Rounds said that "there are a number of different causes that we recognize, and the scientists recognize, are the cause of global warming," and that humans are "absolutely" one of those. He fervently supports the Keystone pipeline.

Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.): In a debate last month, Capito said, "I don't necessarily think the climate's changing, no." Then she clarified that her opinion might change with the weather: "Yes it's changing, it changes all the time, we heard it raining out there," she said. "I'm sure humans are contributing to it." I have no idea what that is supposed to mean. Capito is also a founding member of the Congressional Coal Caucus.

Make it Easier to get Job, Mitch said.

How can you make it easier to get a job when your a senator or congressman? What does that even mean? They going to have the Easy Job Store? When it comes to road blocks gumming up the works Mitch McConnell does come to mind. He said he was going to oppose everything Obama would put out there, when Obama took office and he did. He also blocked everything that was sponsored by the democrats. Between Mitch and those Tea Baggers,they are like blind people in a mine field. Obama still hasn’t got many cabinet appointment yet because they have been blocked. Nothing like the government only being half there because of Mitch and his brainiac ideas. Now he says if the republican take control that he’s going to make the economy recover just like George W. Bush did for 8 years. How soon people forget the perils of George W. Bush and the weapons of mass destruction. “It’s only going to cost us $50 million dollars for the whole war in Iraq. Well that ended up costing some $4 trillion dollars and they still aren’t done. Then there’s those extreme right wing religious zealots who rather talk about abortion rather then what is needed for the country or how to make peace in the world. I know where the jobs are coming from, it’s the all volunteer military. Where do they get the people to volunteer? From states with poor young girls who couldn’t get an abortion so the kids when they reach 18 they go into the military because they can’t afford to go to college since college is only for the elite, rich, 1% people at the top. It’s amazing how the extreme right wing religious zealots can’t remember what happened yesterday and vote for the same thing that’s harmful for them again and again. If you tell them that the republican are going to bust the unions by taking away collective bargaining or pass a law called “Right To Work.” Then no one supports the union but gets all the benefits of the union but the union can’t bargain for higher wages. They are told some lie like they will be free to choose or be independent but without a functioning union. If you told them they are shooting themselves in the foot for the republican party they would go for it. Not only are you going to be paid less we are going to take away your health care so the CEO can have a raise. So there will be more money for the stockholder and you get less but for some reason that doesn’t sink in. They keep worrying about petty wedge issues that don’t mean anything but they have been presented the wedge issue where it causes fear and so they vote because of the fear and don’t look at what they are voting for. They vote a party and don’t bother to see what the party is really doing. Since they vote in people who were a witch for a  while in college and now are a extreme religious zealot but don’t know anything about the real world. The things that come out of her mouths and people don’t see how stupid they are but they vote for her because of her religious views. It’s clear there are many of these religious right zealots that don’t have a clue about science which deals in facts. They still say there’s a debate on climate change and global warming. You could tell them the sky is blue but if it’s a scientist saying that and not some sort of religious nut they will say your wrong, it’s not blue, there’s a debate over that.  It’s amazing how TV Ads just brain wash peoples minds but then they were close minded to start and as long is it’s one party they believe in because someone in the past told them to vote that way they will over and over. I talked to a few of those closed minded people over the years. I found that they will quote ads word for word and not know what it means or base anything on what people have done in the past. I’ve seen interviews of people on TV and it just amazes me that a woman would say I’m voting for that guy because of the way he looks. The guy could be an axe murderer and people will vote for him because of his looks. Then there is the person that says he’s going to cut the red tape to make business work better. That means they are going to get rid of laws such as environmental laws which keep people say and prevent things like chemical that cause cancer from you. The business would claim that it’s a nanny state costing us jobs and we don’t need that. People eat it up too. There are those AM radio talk show hosts that get paid for saying the things they say. It’s hard to believe that these same people would believe what they say since what they are saying is fiction. They say what they say to make people mad. Once you get these people with wrong information they repeat it to anyone who will listen. The best tea bagger quote I ever heard was an older man saying, “I want government out of my Medicare.” The guy didn’t know that Medicare was a government program, how stupid is that. There is a person running for congress who says i his ad that he going to keep our water from being stolen from the south. People believe that crap. He wants to put an end to the tunnels under the delta but he won’t vote for something like a cannel around the delta. He’s playing with this like it’s a game. Water will be going south for the farmers and for Los Angeles. Restoring the delta is a good project that needs to be done. Many of the levees are falling apart. Many levees were made over a hundred years ago and were made with junk. If a quake happened near them they would fall apart and flood the islands. They are growing food on these islands which are meters below the water line. The islands were at one time the same level and the levees were there to keep the ground dry to grow food. Sure it’s rich soil and grows food just fine but the cost in keeping the ground dry is ridiculous. The islands have been sinking since they were made and should be returned to the delta as wetlands. Growing anything out there on man made island that are sinking is just stupid. II just can’t believe what people think are pertinent and what stuff is irrelevant, they can’t tell the difference. If it’s cute and fuzzy then some people will think it’s important over having water for millions of people. What really is a waste of land is turning farmland into housing tracks so a few people can make money. People don’t care about climate change but are more worried about the car they are driving and if gas is cheap enough. The houses made today the big clones at high prices with little substance. Why people want something they can’t afford and a house too big to  take care of. They have rooms they never go in. So much dead space built into the house to impress but not to have any function. The country wants a better country and knows it needs to be fixed but no one wants to pay for it. Business has enough money to buy the political system so they don’t have to pay tax which the country desperately needs. The lower class people can’t afford lawyers to make tax shelters in a different country. It’s sad how corporations game the system then even stupider is the Citizens United case that the Supreme Court who said that corporations are people and money is speech. That was the worst thing the Supreme Court has ever done to the country. There will need to be a correction to this one day. What about that Sarah Pallin as a vice president. Was was McCain thinking. Why is it that the right always attacks the media except when they use it to spread lies. So Pallin peaks her head out of her hole ever once and a while just to open her mouth and make a fool of herself. And yes there were guys that would vote for her just on her looks. I’m thinking that’s how she got to where she is this way. Didn’t matter what was between her ears the guys were thinking what was between her legs.

Well, in closing the countries a mess and there’s one party that going to do what Bush did and we will have another mess when they get voted out of office. Hopefully they won’t start another war with a country that didn’t do anything except have oil. Speaking of Iran, did you hear the CIA gave Iran the plans to a nuclear bomb? They got a Russian scientist to give them the plans and he told them about how the plans were changed so it wouldn’t work and set you plans back a few years but since you know that then you could correct the defects and be ahead of the game. Wonder who’s idea that was to do that?

What’s with Doctor Who

I’ve been watching the Doctor Who series and noticed a few things. It looks like they are spending more money on each episode in the later ones from the beginning one. Better aliens in the later episodes. The girls that the Doctor picks up along the way have a limited ID. Season 4 picked up “Donna the dumb.” A little cosmetic surgery could remove those unbecoming warts. Just a spray of that cold stuff and they freeze right off. Donna could really use some wart removing along with a visit to the dentist and get her teeth fixed. Donna must have been picked because she does cry on command. Frumpy is another word for the girls he picks up. The first blonde he picked up was one that always did the wrong thing when you told her not to do it she did. Don’t do that it will kill you if you press that button. So what will she do, press the button to see if it works. Martha wasn’t too much better. Rather a scatter brain for a doctor student. It just amazes me when there is fighting where the line of solders are firing at something then another line of solders files in right in front of the guys all shooting. Instead of the first line take position in front first then the next line filing in so they aren’t shooting each other in the back. I do notice the special effects. Some of the construction material  used like venting used for special effects. I keep wondering if this is a kids show or for adults when Captain Jack was there having his way with other guys. At least his girl, the doctors daughter is a little hottie. Well, it looks like Jenny lasted one episode. She was nice to look at. Still wondering why all the parents in the series are dumb as rocks. Is that a cross section of the UK population? Is the doctor the only one that is thinking? The rest of the humans with him are all scatter brains.

I was sent a article about the police killing more people then 911 since 911 with there military like outfits.

It’s really amazing how the mindset of of the police are. It’s them or us and they are the law and what they do is right in their eyes. They might have to fudge the facts to fit what they are applying. I just think there is too many deaths due to cops. I thought they were suppose to use things like stun guns first. Surely death is just too much to pay for contact with the police and if the police don’t like you then your dead. That’s just too much.
